With an impressive and solid career spanning over 27 years in various Recruitment and HR roles, Zoe has established her own consultancy in June 2024. Her primary aim is to facilitate productive collaborations between candidates and clients, utilising her extensive skills to guide HR recruitment in a positive and effective direction.

Throughout her diverse career, Zoe has successfully recruited a wide range of professionals, including Roofing Team Leaders, field-based workers, skilled roofers, contractors, operatives, sales and marketing staff, dedicated helpdesk representatives, call centre personnel, customer service specialists, managers, finance administrators, finance managers, aviation pilots, customer relations staff, builders, plumbers, electricians, and even Santa and his elves. Additionally, she has experience in hospitality and bar staff recruitment, along with graduate recruitment initiatives.

Zoe holds certifications and is a member of the CIPD and is recognised as a Fellowship member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. She also possesses full professional Indemnity Insurance from Hiscox, which underscores her commitment to professionalism and excellence in her field.
